The "sexual characteristic" section should be reworked. It is under "Society and Culture" and begins with the premise that the section applies only "in some cultures," but has a significant chunk of content describing biological characteristics that are not particular to any culture. No sources are cited for the proposition that there are cultures where breasts never play a role in sexual activity, but that seems to be implied by the section, which is bewildering when it also talks about biology.
I would suggest splitting the discussion on the biological relationship with arousal and sex from cultural attitudes towards breasts and sexuality to avoid the strange, unsourced implication that the biological link is only particular to some cultures. 98.231.197.100 (talk) 04:58, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
"Many people regard bare female breasts to be aesthetically pleasing or erotic, and they can elicit heightened sexual desires in men in many cultures."
FYI MadeForLaw has been blocked as a sockpuppet of WP:LTA/GF36. She's both edited articles about body parts before and asked general questions about the subject of a page on talk pages before (from what I know these kinds of questions belong at the reference desk and not on talk pages) wizzito | say hello!21:21, 30 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
