Talk:Lyndis
Should this be moved to Lyndis (Fire Emblem)? -Some Unregistered Guy
- In general, I don't think it makes sense to disambiguate article titles unless there is some sort of conflict: unless there's another article that should be here, there's no compelling reason to add the "(Fire Emblem)" tag to the end of the name. – Seancdaug 00:20, Jun 1, 2005 (UTC)
Lyndis in Super Smash Bros. Wii
[edit]There is a good chance that Lyndis will be playable in Super Smash Bros. Wii. If she gets to be playable in that game, information about her being in the game would be added to the article, including moves. Decimus Tedius Regio Zanarukando 02:12, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
Wikipedia isn't for fan theories and speculation. I removed that section. Do not add it again, please. Xubelox 01:33, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- I would think Eliwood, since he's a more main-ish character. SoaP 16:55, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit]I'm tempted to recaption the image with "THIS IS A PEACH". SoaP 16:55, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
Making an individual article for Lyn
[edit]I believe that Lyn is a notable enough character to warrant having her own article and classifies as something of a breakout character. She is one of the most popular Fire Emblem characters having won the first Choose Your Legends poll in the female bracket, has frequently made appearances in many of the recent games such as Heroes, Warriors, and recently Engage. In Heroes in particular she has the most alts of any character in the game with a total of eight variants. She has frequently gotten merchandise above several other characters who have articles already, and although she is not playable in the series, she is well-known for appearing as an Assist Trophy in the Smash Bros series and continues to be a very popular request for a playable character both from players and from several high-profile outlets. I believe that all of this should be enough criteria to consider making her own article. 184.171.157.93 (talk) 06:32, 24 January 2023 (UTC)
